Early architectural work tracing the development of an approach to design through drawing, construction logic, systems, geometry, and making.
CHALLENGE
To learn how ideas move from observation and speculation into drawings precise enough to communicate, test, and ultimately build.
PROCESS
The work spans a first permit set completed before architecture school, professional experience during an early internship, and academic investigations using matrices, formulas, repeated elements, models, and geometric systems to generate and resolve architectural form.
OUTCOME
An early record of methods that continued to develop through later practice: drawing as a tool for thinking, systems as generators rather than constraints, and an interest in carrying an idea from abstraction toward physical resolution.
