Landmarc Restaurant

Landmarc at Time Warner Center expanded the identity of the original Tribeca restaurant into a 10,000-square-foot, $11 million hospitality project at Columbus Circle. As Project Director at Clodagh, I led the project from approved schematic design through documentation, bidding, construction, and final delivery.

CHALLENGE

The central challenge was one of scale: translating the intimacy and familiarity of the original Landmarc into a much larger, more complex restaurant environment without losing the character that had made the brand successful.

PROCESS

I directed a small project team through technical development and construction, coordinating consultants, contractors, vendors, and the client while protecting the approved design intent. The work required resolving the demands of a high-profile mixed-use building, managing an $11 million construction budget, and maintaining continuity between the original restaurant identity and the new location.

OUTCOME

The completed restaurant established Landmarc at a significantly larger scale while retaining the warmth and accessibility of the original concept. The project received a Gold Key Award and recognition from Interior Design. I later continued working with Landmarc as Design Director at Benchmarc, overseeing modifications, the Tribeca expansion, and development studies for additional New York locations.
