Tribeca Loft

A residential renovation organized around openness, continuity, and the integration of architecture, furniture, storage, and display.
CHALLENGE
To create a cohesive living environment across a series of interconnected spaces while accommodating distinct functions without fragmenting the interior.
PROCESS
Architectural elements were developed as part of a continuous spatial system: the double-height living room, mezzanine, library, fireplace, stair, built-in seating, storage, and display elements work together rather than as isolated interventions.
OUTCOME
A layered but visually coherent interior in which circulation, living, working, storage, and display are integrated into the architecture.
